September 17, 2019 Smoke from the fire can be seen from miles away, but this happened in a rural area, so no other buildings are in danger.
Township Committee Member Abby O'Brien says local farmers stepped up to help.
"We have adapters that connect to the irrigation wells. So we are able to get additional water supply from our local farmers. We are very grateful for that," she said.
Officials believe it will be a couple of days before they can pinpoint how this started. F&S Produce says all employees here will be able to work at one of their other facilities in the meantime.
