Investigators say 28-year-old Vaughn Omar Clark is accused of punching a woman in the face and trying to get her into his car near 13th and Walnut streets.

The victim was walking her dog just before 6 a.m. and managed to escape.
Clark drove off and police need help in tracking him down.
