
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police on Tuesday made their fourth arrest in connection to the fatal Roxborough High School shooting last month.
Police said that Saleem Miller, 16, was brought into custody at about 2 p.m near the corner of North 24th Street and West Montgomery Avenue. He was wanted on a warrant for an unrelated incident.
Miller faces charges of murder, four counts of aggravated assault, simple assault and related crimes.
This is the fifth suspect identified by police. Three others have been arrested and charged, including 21-year-old Yaaseen Bivins, 16-year-old Zyheid Jones and 15-year-old Troy Fletcher.
At least one suspect connected to the shooting, 16-year-old Dayron Burney-Thorne, is still at large.
The shooting that occurred on Sept. 27, claimed the life of 14-year-old Nicholas Elizalde and injured four other teenagers following a football scrimmage last month.
