PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The spring holidays are upon us — Easter, Passover and Ramadan — and many who celebrate are looking forward to a pretty delicious weekend.

This week on the KYW Newsradio original podcast What’s Cooking, Hadas Kuznits explains the ins and outs of Passover foods — what you can and cannot eat.

She talks to Josh Small of the Merion kosher restaurant Savvati Gourmet about the yummy delicacies of the holiday, and chats with Reading Terminal Market General Manager Annie Alman, who says next to Thanksgiving, this is their busiest time of the year.
