PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Honeygrow, the Philly-based fast-casual restaurant, is expanding even further into the suburbs and celebrating a decade in the business.

This year marks 10 for Honeygrow since its build-your-own salad and stir fry model took off.

It opened its 30th location in Collegeville last week, and another is opening later this month in Maryland.

“The key thing is finding really great folks to work for you,” said founder and CEO Justin Rosenberg. “Finding great [general managers] who can essentially build teams of top performers who are empowered to achieve the Honeygrow standards. That’s it.”

Rosenberg plans to open about a dozen new Honeygrow stores next year.
