PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The 26-year-old man who stomped out the back window of a woman’s car with her two young kids in the backseat in an incident that went viral last October has been sentenced to prison.

Cody Heron pleaded guilty back in February to two counts of aggravated assault and one weapons charge for the incident that happened just outside City Hall in Center City. The rest of the nearly a dozen charges were thrown out.

Judge Zachary Shaffer sentenced Heron to 1 to 4 years in prison, with credit for time served, and to an additional five years of probation.
