PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — How successful are you when it comes to New Year's resolutions?

In 2020, a study revealed that when it comes to resolutions, 77% of people are successful after one week, 55% after a month, 40% at six months, and 19% at a "two-year follow-up."

Most resolutions have to do with physical health, interpersonal relationships, personal growth, and academic success.

The resolutions that have the best chance of being successful have specific goals and a set time frame to achieve them. They also need to be realistic and attainable.
