PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Philadelphia man has been charged with the murder of a woman found shot dead near a jetty in Atlantic City early Thursday morning. A second woman suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
Gregg Page, 34, has been charged with murder, attempted murder and related gun offenses. Two other men — brothers Ryan Schenck, 30, and Ramir Schenck, 27 — were charged with hindering apprehension in connection to the crimes.
Police were called to the jetty near Maine Avenue and the Atlantic City Boardwalk around 4:40 a.m. Thursday, where they found two women with apparent gunshot wounds to their heads.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office identified the victims as 29-year-old Kamille Stewart, of Pleasantville, New Jersey, and 32-year-old Carley Elbert, of Sewell.

Elbert was unconscious and pronounced dead at the scene. Stewart was conscious when police found her, officials said. She had "multiple wounds" and was taken to the hospital. Her current condition is unknown.
Elbert's official cause of death is pending an autopsy by the medical examiner.
The prosecutor's office said investigators located the three suspects in Philadelphia later that day. They are awaiting extradition to New Jersey.
