PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The federal corruption trial of Philadelphia City Councilmember Bobby Henon and labor leader John Dougherty was temporarily halted Tuesday morning because one of the jurors tested positive for COVID-19.
Sources involved in the trial say the juror was replaced with an alternate.
The other jurors tested negative and are all vaccinated, so the judge said they can proceed with the case Wednesday morning.
