PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Asir Boone, 17, of Germantown is the fourth suspect wanted in connection with the March 6 shooting of eight Northeast High School students after school at a SEPTA bus stop. Boone is wanted for attempted murder, aggravated assault, firearms offenses and a list of related offenses. Philadelphia police consider him to be armed and dangerous.
Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding him. The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to his arrest. Tips can be called in at 1-866-865-TIPS (8477) or submitted at usmarshals.gov.
Jamaal Tucker, 18, surrendered to police on Friday. Tucker is alleged to have driven a stolen car to transport all the three other individuals wanted for last week's shooting. He is held on $16.1 million bail.
Marshals took Ahnile Buggs, 18, into custody on Saturday. He is held on $16 million bail.
Marshals took Jermahd Carter, 19, into custody on Tuesday. He has no prior criminal record. He is held on $4 million bail.
Officials believe the mass shooting could be connected to a shooting in Ogontz two days prior, when a 17-year-old was killed. No one has been arrested for that shooting, which is still under investigation.

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — U.S. Marshals on Tuesday took into custody a third suspect accused of being involved in the shooting of eight Northeast High School students last week at a SEPTA bus stop in the city’s Burholme neighborhood.
Jermahd Carter, 19, was arrested at Academy and Woodhaven roads in the city’s Northeast without incident around 3:30 p.m. He does not have a criminal record.
Authorities say he is one of the four males seen on surveillance video in a blue Hyundai Sonata that served as the getaway car for the gunmen who fired into a crowd of people on March 6, injuring eight teenagers.

Two of those four suspects have already been charged: Jamaal Tucker and Ahnile Buggs, both 18 years old. Law enforcement sources say they have juvenile records.
Authorities are still seeking the fourth suspect, a 17-year-old who is known to police. Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark said Tuesday the suspect is located in Germantown.
"Early this evening, we made an arrest attempt. We make contact with family members, and we gave them the ultimatum: 'Turn your son in by tomorrow morning. If he does not turn himself in, we will be releasing his identity to the city of Philadelphia and most likely offering an award from the U.S. Marshal Service.'
"They were somewhat cooperative. We are hopeful they do the right thing this evening."
Police have not said what role any of the suspects is alleged to have played in the shooting, but Tucker and Buggs face attempted murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy and gun charges, as well as other related offenses.
Police say tips from the public were instrumental in helping lead to the suspects. They also pulled forensic evidence from that Hyundai, which they say was stolen, and which led first to Tucker, investigators say.
Then, when serving the search and arrest warrants that led to Buggs, detectives found a fully automatic gun with an extended magazine that they believe was used in the shooting.
Authorities believe the shooting in Burholme is connected to the shooting in Ogontz, two days prior, when 17-year-old Dayemon Taylor was killed boarding a SEPTA bus after school, but they are still investigating those potential ties.
As the investigation continues, anyone with information about either of the two shootings is encouraged to call 911, or submit an anonymous tip via phone or text to 215-686-TIPS.
