NOT Allowed:
Games or sports like volleyball, football; yoga.

Here's what's allowed and not allowed at the beaches that have reopened ocean access around San Diego County:
Allowed:
Swimming, surfing, and single-person paddle-boarding and kayaking will be allowed on the ocean. Walking and running on the beach is permitted.
NOT Allowed:
gatherings of any kind; stopping, sitting, lying down on the beach. Access to boardwalks and piers, parking lots and Fiesta Island; boating,
Allowed:
Swimming, surfing, and single-person paddle-boarding and kayaking will be allowed on the ocean. Walking and running on the beach is permitted.
NOT Allowed:
Stopping, sitting, lying down on the beach. Loitering, gatherings of any size; use of fire pits; access to Dog Beach and Sunset Park; parking.
Allowed:
Walking and jogging on the beach, but you MUST wear a mask.
Not Allowed:
Going in the water (access is temporarily closed because of pollution); Stopping, sitting, lying down on the beach. Loitering, gatherings of any size; street ends of the pier
Allowed:
Walking or running in select "active zones" at Moonlight Beach; Swimming, surfing, and single-person paddle-boarding and kayaking will be allowed on the ocean.
NOT Allowed:
Stopping, sitting, lying down on the beach. Loitering, gatherings of any size; games or sports; access to parking lots and parking along PCH

Stopping, sitting, lying down on the beach; group exercise of games; recreational boating; access to the peir or ampitheater; access to the strand with the exception of vehicles (residents allowed to access their property); parking lots,
Carlsbad, Del Mar, Solana Beach, state beaches. Carlsbad, Del Mar, and Solana Beach are aiming to reopen by May 4.

Effective Monday, April 27, San Diego County will re-open the ocean (with limited access) at sunrise!
Swimming, surfing, kayaking, and paddle-boarding will be allowed on the ocean. However, cities will make the decision to open the beaches or not.
