St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival at Balboa Park
This free, annual event is a guaranteed good time with the kids. Line up early along the parade route to get a good view. It starts at 10:30am at 5th Ave. & Laurel St, and will head north along 5th Ave. then head back down at Upas St. & 6th Ave. Stick around after the parade for the St. Patrick's Day festival at Balboa Park, which will include live music, a kids zone and crafts!
Leprechaun Run 5k & Kids 1k in Pacific Beach
Get decked out in green and run through downtown PB for a fun run Saturday morning. All runners will get a t-shirt, medal, free photos, and complimentary drink. And you'll finish under a rainbow! The 5k starts at 9am, with the kids 1k race starting at 10:30am. Sign up here.

House of Ireland Lawn Program at Balboa Park
Listen to live music, watch performers dance traditional Irish dances, and learn about Irish traditions at this free event at the House of Ireland in Balboa Park. Irish stew and non-alcoholic Irish coffee will be served starting at 11am.

St. Patricks Day at Seaport Village
This free event starts at 3pm and goes until 7pm. It features live music and a scavenger hunt. There will be plenty of photo opportunities and you might even see a leprechaun!
