Get a head start on holiday shopping with Amazon's 'Black Friday-worthy deals'

But October only just began.

You don't have to wait till Turkey Day to take advantage of major deals. Amazon is allowing shoppers to get a head start on holiday shopping this year. On Monday, the retail giant announced "Black Friday-worthy deals" are now online, specifically on the Epic Deals section of its site.

The announcement comes on the heels of last week's product launch, in which the company unveiled several new products including a home robot named Astro.
