The “Friends” reunion is almost here.

The cast of “Friends” will always be there for another, but even the famous actors got emotional as they came together for the long-anticipated reunion of the beloved sitcom.

Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer sat down with an interview with People to talk about their favorite memories of the show.

The famous friends walked back onto Stage 24 at Warner Bros. studios and were surprised at how the sets have changed more than a decade later.

“I was flooded with 10 years of irreplaceable memories,” Cox said.

Last week, Jennifer Aniston posted a video to Instagram revealing the date of the highly anticipated reunion special of the classic sitcom coming to HBO Max on May 27.

The brief video shared by Aniston featured the prominent six cast members of “Friends” taking an evening stroll with their backs turned to the cameras.

“It’s funny, when we do get together, it’s like no time has passed,” LeBlanc told People.

Throughout the interview, the cast reminisced about the show while also participating in a table read of “The One with The Jellyfish” episode to re-imagine the epic trivia game from season 4 when Joey and Chandler won Monica and Rachel’s apartment.

When the six stars found out that they were going to meet again, the anticipation — and nerves — were real.

“Oh God, how are we going to get through this alive, without just crying our faces off?” the cast thought, according to Aniston.

“It was kind of melancholy, I guess. Right?” asks LeBlanc. Kudrow agrees: “Yeah, emotional.”

The special is unscripted, and the cast members shared the ideas of what their characters would be doing today.

“I would like to have maybe started a clothing line of my own, and it’s sort of a small franchise,” Aniston said. “Like a Nili Lotan. And I live in New York City on the Upper East Side.”

Cox thinks Monica would be a bossy mom. “I always just feel like Monica would be doing something competitively with other mothers and trying to outdo them,” she says. “Whether it’s the bake sale at school or something. I mean, she’d be so annoying. She’d be at the head of the PTA or something.”

Kudrow thinks Phoebe “is living in Connecticut with Mike and their kids, and she’s in charge of the arts program for the school,” the actress says. “And just ... the advocate for her kids because they’re different like she was.”

Perry explained how Chandler “would be a wonderful father and a wonderful comedy writer.”

LeBlanc says Joey “would have opened a chain of sandwich shops.”

Schwimmer says, “he would’ve invested in Joey’s sandwich shop and lost a lot of his savings for his kids.”

“Friends: The Reunion” premieres on May 27 on HBO Max.
