(SportsRadio 610) -- Jose Altuve started a three-run fifth inning with a solo homer on a line drive to left field.
Mariners pitcher Kendall Graveman had Altuve down in the count, 0-2 with a pair of sliders for called strikes. Altuve took the third slider for a ball.
Altuve was clearly just waiting on the pitch he wanted -- a 90 mph four-seam fastball he could drive out of the ballpark.

— Houston Astros (@astros) July 28, 2020The homer is Altuve's first of the season.
Earlier in the game, Alex Bregman hit his 100th career home run on a first-pitch sinker from Graveman in the third inning. Altuve had an RBI in that frame as well, doubling in Kyle Tucker.
The Astros beat the Mariners 8-5 to take the series. They host the Los Angeles Dodgers for a two-game stint Tuesday and Wednesday.
