This vibrant hub is not just a place; it’s a journey through diverse festivities, offering something special for everyone, from cinephiles and sports enthusiasts to foodies and festival-goers.

As we step into February, Atlantic Station becomes a melting pot of celebrations, marking Black History Month, Lunar New Year, and the season of love with a calendar packed with events that promise to educate, entertain, and enchant.

The Lunar New Year Lantern Show lights up the night with a spectacular display of over 25,000 lights adorning a majestic 90-foot dragon, a beacon of good fortune, accompanied by a magical lantern show that brings together families and friends under a canopy of over 400 red lanterns. This visual feast is a heartfelt nod to the spiritual tradition of reuniting loved ones, set against the backdrop of Atlantic Green’s charm.

Basketball enthusiasts can get their adrenaline pumping at the Overtime Elite games, where the nation’s top amateur players showcase their skills. OTE offers a glimpse into the future of basketball, blending high-stakes games with interactive fan experiences, including celebrity appearances and surprise giveaways.

Film buffs have a treat in store with the Black History Month Movie Series. Classics like “The Color of Friendship” and “Remember the Titans” will be screened, offering viewers a chance to dive deep into stories of friendship, unity, and the triumph over racial divisions.

The Lunar New Year Festival and the Hello Kitty Café Truck add layers of cultural richness and whimsy to the month’s festivities. While the festival invites families to immerse themselves in traditional rituals and performances, the Hello Kitty Café Truck is a haven for fans of all ages, offering themed treats and merchandise.

Not to be missed is the 12th annual Beer, Bourbon, and BBQ Festival, a Southern spectacle that promises an indulgent day of tasting, with a side of biscuits and bluegrass. It’s a true celebration of Southern delights, offering an all-you-can-taste experience that’s sure to please the palate.
