The Institute for Veterans and Military Families is opening the National Veterans Resource Center

The Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University is opening the National Veterans Resource Center to greatly expand the programs and resources that it makes available to veterans and their families across the nation, under the sole purpose of advancing the social, economic, educational, and policy concerns of this country's veterans and their families.

Among their services, they offer 13 national training programs free of charge to veterans and their families in California. Mike Haynie, founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Veterans and Military Families, discusses those programs, including ones geared toward female veterans and families of vets.
