The nominees for the 2026 class of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame have been announced, featuring 10 artists or groups that are appearing on the ballot for the first time. From Phil Collins to the Wu-Tang Clan, the smooth sounds of Sade to the legendary force of Iron Maiden, this year's group is diverse and delivers something from every fan of amazing music.

In total, 17 nominees are featured for 2026 in the performer category, including The Black Crowes, Jeff Buckley, Mariah Carey, Phil Collins, Melissa Etheridge, Lauryn Hill, Billy Idol, INXS, Iron Maiden, Joy Division/New Order, New Edition, Oasis, P!NK, Sade, Shakira, Luther Vandross, and the Wu-Tang Clan.
Artists or bands become eligible for nomination 25 years after releasing their first commercial recording, with this year's class of nominees including 10 first-timers including Buckley, Collins, Etheridge, Lauryn Hill, INXS, New Edition, P!NK, Shakira, Luther Vandross, and Wu-Tang Clan.
The 2026 inductees will be revealed in April, along with those Inductees entering the Hall under three special committee categories: Musical Influence, Musical Excellence, and the Ahmet Ertegun Non-Performer Award.
