
Clemson scored 48 1st half points and lead by 21 at the half, on their way to an 87-64 win over Notre Dame. The Tigers won their regular season and home finale by getting off to a hot start offensively and capitalizing on a tough shooting night for the Irish.

The Tigers shot 51% from the floor and 45% from three point range. Notre Dame shot just 34% from the floor and the same percentage from deep. The Tigers also blocked 7 shots on the night.
Five Clemson players were in double figures on the night. Hunter Tyson had another double-double of 16 points and 13 boards. Ian Schieffelin had a season high 16, as well. Upstate natives PJ Hall and Brevin Galloway put up 15 and 13, respectively and Chase Hunter added 14.
Clemson finishes the regular season at 22-9 and 14-6 in ACC play. That ties for 2nd most wins in a season under Coach Brad Brownell. It also marks a record for single-season wins in the ACC (Scheduled expanded to 20 games in this era, past years they played less conference games).
The Tigers enter the ACC tournament in Greensboro, as the #3 seed behind Miami and Virginia, who finished 1st and 2nd. Clemson has a double-bye in the conference tournament. They'll play in the nightcap Thursday, which is set for a 930 PM tipoff. The Tigers will not know their opponent until after Wednesday's games. The ACC tourney will get underway Tuesday.
