Coastal Carolina Baseball is headed to the College World Series. The Chanticleers won their Super Regional at Auburn over the weekend in two straight games. Coastal took game one 7-6 on Friday and clinched a bid to Omaha with a 4-1 win on Saturday.
Coastal is one of 7 teams to have clinched a spot; one bid is up for grabs tonight as Duke hosts Murray State in game 3 of the Durham Super Regional.
This year will mark Coastal Carolina's 1st trip to Omaha since they won the national title there in 2016. The College World Series will get underway on Friday. The Chanticleers have now won 23 in a row.
