Craig Hoffman caught a little flack on Monday – as in Eric Flack, the Chief Investigative Reporter at WUSA-TV Channel 9 in DC, who joined the show to discuss the settlement of the Commanders’ lawsuit, filed by the DC Attorney General’s Office last year, that requires them to now pay more than $600,000 due to mishandling of season ticket security deposits in the past.
Take a listen as Flack explains the lawsuit, what it all means for the Commanders, and how much more of a black eye it is for a franchise already using a lot of concealer to hide its warts.
