Matthew Paras offers his latest observations, impressions from Commanders camp with Craig Hoffman

The Washington Commanders had a light practice at training camp on Monday and there was not much of note happening, but that was not the case last Friday and on Sunday. "Obviously, Friday was not a very good practice for the Commanders," Craig Hoffman said. "Sunday may have been their best practice on the year."

Listen to the full conversation on the audio player above to hear why offensive lineman Sam Cosmi has jumped out and been the most impressive to Paras and details about quarterback Jacoby Brissett getting some eps with the first-team offense and what that means for Sam Howell.
