Are the Washington Commanders better off than they were 24 hours ago? That's the question that is in the air around the District as fans evaluate the work of new general manager Adam Peters in his first day of the NFL's legal tampering period at the start of free agency.
And the answer from Washington fans: Yes, the team is better off. Here are the names so far: Linebacker Frankie Luvu, center Tyler Biadasz, defensive lineman Dorrance Armstrong, running back Austin Ekeler, kicker Brandon McManus, guard Nick Allegretti, DE Clelin Ferrell, and quarterback Marcus Mariota.
Kevin Sheehan opened up the phone lines to take calls from the listeners and hear their thoughts on the Commanders' moves in the early part and get a grade on Peters' first day. (Of course, the first caller was not too pleased about the signings and invoked the name Bruce Allen in his take.)
That segement can be heard on the aduio player above!
