This is more assembling than cooking but I am here for it. The reheat-ability during a busy week can be life saving and that's why I LOVE a casserole. It's everything you need in one dish and it makes dinners or lunches easy for the week! I hope you enjoy this one becuase it's delicious.
Ingredients
4 frozen breaded chicken breasts, cooked
1 box pasta of choice (I used Cavatappi)
1 jar Chef's Tomato Basil
1 16oz bag of shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese (use as much or as little as you like)
Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Cook the chicken and pasta as the directions state. Once cooked, diced chicken into decent bite size pieces. In a large bowl, mix cooked noodles, chicken, sauce and some of the cheese together. Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning on the top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes to heat through and then broil until cheese on top is "parmed" to your liking. (Make sure your casserole dish is broil safe). ENJOY
