I has some smoke Polish sausage leftover from when I made Babcia's Polish Taco and I didn't want to waste it! I started to think of things I could use it for when I remembered a casserole we used to have growing up. I went into my recipes and found it!! It was my Great Grammies recipe and the card was dated June 27, 1982 - I assume this was when she shared it with my grandma. It is so easy to make but so full of flavor and filling. The first bite I had took me back to grandma's kitchen table. I'm so excited to share it with you!
