This might be one of the Top 3 easiest recipes in Liz's Kitchen. It's so easy, and it's so delicious. When Mrs. Librock was telling me about I literally said "Wait... hold on. Tell me again." Just the recipe had my mouth watering. She said it's perfect as and appetizer or a side dish...and I agree.
Ingredients
1 bag Ore Ida Tater Tots
12 oz container of Bison Dip (probably won't use all the dip)
2 cups shredded cheddar
Instructions
Bake tots until extra crispy. Then place some tots in a 2qt baking dish.
Dollop with some dip (don't cover completely and don't make it a huge dollop). Sprinkle some cheese over the top.
Continue with a few more layers - tots, dip, cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 until the cheese melts.
