Liz's Kitchen: Parmesan Squash Chips recipe

This recipe is perfect for summer because the squash is in season and it's simple to make! The deliciousness that is squash with a little parmesan in top makes what seems plain super delicious! Did I mention how easy it is to make?

Ingredients
1 medium zucchini
1 medium squash
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Slice your squash into quarter-inch slices.
Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
Layout on a baking sheet and top each one with parmesan cheese. I do a little pile on each one.
Bake in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes and then broil until cheese turns golden brown.
