Police and DSS workers responded after a young child was found wandering alone, in the Upstate Thursday. The Gaffney Police Department responded after a boy was seen walking by himself on North Limestone Street.
Police say that DSS was called and has taken over the investigation. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
