A Midlands mother is facing charges after a 6 year old was found with a loaded gun on a school bus there, Tuesday. The Richland County Sheriff's Department says the resource officer at JP Thomas Elementary reported that the loaded gun on the bus.
Officials say, the gun was an AR style pistol. The gun was taken from the child and the mother of the child, Destar Hall was arrested. She's charged with unlawful conduct towards a child.
