The parameters have been set on who can vote in the upcoming Special Republican Primary to fill the U.S. Senate seat that is open following the death of Lindsey Graham. State Election Officials say, not everyone will be able to vote in the August 11th Primary.
If a person voted in the Democratic Primary they won't be eligible to vote in this special election. Whether you voted in last month's Republican Primary or didn't cast a ballot in either party's Primary, you will be eligible to vote.
The State Election Commission has not had to deal with a situation of this sort in decades.
