What's not to like?

We tested the new Hyundai Santa Fe SEL a few months ago and came away impressed.

New attractive body, ample room for five and a lot of luggage, mid-to-high 20 MPG's, excellent warranty, three years of no-charge maintenance, and a high level of content for a low $30's price.   Again…what's not to like?

But…what if you still want more?

If that's you talkin', you might like our test Santa Fe Hybrid then.

In short:   More content, capability, mileage and performance.

Your Santa Fe Hybrid will have a combined 226 HP…coming from a 1.6 liter turbo and a 59 HP battery pack.    And unlike so many hybrids, you'll have a 6-speed automatic instead of a continuously variable auto.

And all Santa Fe hybrids come with AWD…even their low to mid $30's "Blue" hybrid.

We enjoyed "the works", tho' in our roughly 41K test Hybrid Limited.

In addition to all of today's expected safety features and alerts, our Limited gave us 19" alloys, LED lighting, heated and ventilated leather front seating and heated rears, heated steering, reclining power-release rear seats, secret storage under the cargo floor, a hands-free rear liftgate, a 10.25" display, phone-friendly connectivity, Harman Kardon sound, and remote park assist.

Remote park assist?   Yes.   Do you remember the last time that you came out and found that some clown parked next to you and left you around a foot of clearance to open your door?  Park assist can drive your vehicle out of that impossibly tight space without your even being in the vehicle.   You won't need it every day, but when you do need it, you'll be darned glad you've got it.

And if park assist is important to you, note that it's not available on a few of Hyundai's competitors.,

In fact, in addition to their league-leading warranty, Hyundai has quite a few safety / convenience features that a number of their competitors don't offer.

So if a full-of-features roomy and economical two-row SUV is on your list, the 32 MPG Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited might be worth a test drive.
