The Atlanta Falcons wasted no time deciding it was time to move in a new direction when they announced the firings of head coach, Raheem Morris and general manager, Terry Fontenot on Sunday and are now in the midst of searching for their replacements as well as someone to fill a newly created, president of football role.

On Friday, 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes and Mike Bell, were joined by CBS NFL analyst and two-time Super Bowl champion, Bryant McFadden, who explained why he believes the Falcons lack a proper culture to help coaches succeed.

“It’s a different situation when you walk into a house that’s already remodeled, the structure is there instead of build it from ground up,” McFadden said as he explained how coaches like John Harbaugh and Mike Tomlin took over franchises which already had a “foundation there” however that not being the case for Morris’ arrival in Atlanta.

“He took over from Arthur Smith. Arthur Smith left the foundation, it wasn’t built. He was trying to create it,” McFadden said of Morris having to establish a culture in with the Falcons.
