Earlier today on The Morning Shift Atlanta Falcons Beat Writer for The Athletic Josh Kendall joined the show, and explained why he thinks Falcons EDGE James Pearce Jr. will be suspended for at least eight games this season.

“I think that fans who are saying well it’s a 12 month intervention program and the charges are eventually gonna be dropped, that’s great that may all happen, but the NFL is not swayed by that stuff the NFL is swayed by what they’ve seen with their own eyes and whatever they find in their own investigation, so I think for me eight seems like the minimum. If it’s 10 I would not be surprised.” Kendall said

Josh also said he believes that a final decision and verdict from the NFL when it comes to James Pearce Jr. and a potential suspension for him could come sometime late next week or before the month ends, so James Pearce, the Falcons, and Falcons fans could soon know how many games the second year pass rusher will miss this season, and finally have closer on the situation.
