Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says he will not file charges against State Senator Chris Jacobs in allegations of voter fraud.
Flynn says there isn’t enough evidence after receiving and reviewing a voter fraud complaint. Flynn says the complainant’s decision to not come forward "was pretty weak.” Flynn also believes he was used to a certain extent. “I have nowhere near the evidence I need to go into court and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this is a sham residence,” says Flynn.
