Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The ribbon will be cut Friday morning for Seneca Casinos' first sport betting lounge.
It will be at Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino at 11am.
The ceremony will feature first bet by President Rickey Armstrong, Sr, President of the Seneca Nation.
