Four Erie County Auto Bureau locations are reopening to the public by appointment only today. Those facilities include the bureau offices in the Southgate Plaza, the Sheridan Plaza, inside the Rath Building and in the Urbandale Plaza.
TM Montante Development has begun construction at 1275 Delaware Avenue, part of the overall Lancaster Square at Gates Circle project in the City of Buffalo. The 1275 Delaware portion is a $12.4 million mixed use project that includes 22 one-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom apartments; commercial space; and a café/restaurant. The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021.
Three Buffalo companies have received grants of $10,000 as part of Verizon's #PayItForwardLIVE initiative. The recipients are Micheles Cafe, Woodruff Enterprise and Nine@Night. These grants are meant to help small businesses meet payroll, pay rent and cover additional immediate operational needs.
