Glenwood, N.Y. (WBEN) - Kissing Bridge Ski Resort in Southern Erie County has a new owner.
A Wyoming-based company has purchased the ski resort in Glenwood for a little more than $1 million.
Kissing Bridge All Seasons Resort Inc. bought the resort for $1.06 million. The sale covers 10 parcels totaling 584 acres on Glenwood Road and Abbott Hill Road. Documents filed with the Erie County Clerk's Office show the Kissing Bridge Board of Directors unanimously approved the sale earlier this month.
Kissing Bridge recently posted on social media it was hiring workers for the upcoming ski season. The resort has 39 slopes and nine lifts in three skiing areas.
