Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) A windy but sunny St. Patrick’s Day Parade drew thousands to downtown Buffalo.
The parade began at Niagara Square in front of City Hall and traveled down Delaware Avenue. Bagpipes, Irish dancers and green-themed floats lined the route as crowds gathered along the streets to watch the procession.
The parade continued through Allentown, reaching North Street as spectators cheered and celebrated the holiday.
Daniel O’Sullivan of Buffalo served as this year’s grand marshal.
