Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police says a third suspect has been taken into custody in connection with last Tuesday's assault of a teen at MLK Park in East Buffalo.
The 17-year-old turned himself in Monday morning, according to Buffalo Police. Two others were arrested last week.
The 15-year-old victim remains in intensive care.
