NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — Two victims of the 1981 Brink's robbery are suing the state parole board over the decision to free the getaway driver in the crime.
The son of murdered Brink's guard Peter Paige and injured Nyack policeman Arthur Keenan say the board’s decision should be thrown out.
Judith Clark loudly proclaimed revolutionary dogma and showed no remorse during her trial but she was a model prisoner in her decades behind bars and was cited ofr her work with AIDS patients and service dogs.
She was serving a 75-year term when she was granted parole.
Paige and Keenan say a member of the board did not properly disclose her husband’s status as a convicted killer who was granted parole.
