NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Human skeletal remains were found buried behind a house in Queens on Tuesday.
The unidentified remains were discovered in a backyard on 115th Street in Richmond Hill, police said.
The city's medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
WABC-TV reports the remains are believed to be related to a 40-year-old case.
The investigation is ongoing.
