Fauci already knows what he'll order at a bar post-COVID: ‘I'd like to get back to that kind of normality’


When the COVID-19 pandemic ends, Dr. Anthony Fauci already knows what he will order at his local bar.

The director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases shared that when social distancing guidelines relax, he'll be ready to order a beer and a burger.

In a conversation with 94.7 The Wave’s Maggie McKay, Fauci explained one thing that he missed the most before the coronavirus affected millions across the globe.

Fauci said his wife, nurse and bioethicist Christine Grady, works with him at the National Institute of Health. Due to their busy schedules, the couple both fall “in the category of workaholics.”
