Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) – An 8-year old child has died after being struck by a vehicle on Congress Street on Buffalo's West side Monday night. The incident happened before 9 o'clock. Buffalo Police say he died on the way to the hospital. The driver of the vehicle said to be cooperating with police.
