A 38-year-old Blaine woman making her first court appearance Monday on criminal sexual conduct charges involving two teen boys.

The incident allegedly happened in January at a Roseville, Minnesota hotel.

The two boys were visiting the Twin Cities for a hockey tournament. According to the criminal complaint, investigators say Allison Schardin engaged in sexual conduct with the two 15-year old boys, and a 16-year old boy after telling them she was having marital problems with her husband.

She's been charged with third and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to the complaint, Schardin allegedly texted one of the victims a few days later telling him not to report what had happened.

Schardin has admitted to having sexual contact with the boys, but she "claimed she wasn't going to go through with it."
