Al Dukes returns to the WFAN studios on Wednesday…and based off his interaction with one caller on Tuesday morning, he’s as ornery as ever, which could be good news for the viewers and BAD news for callers (and maybe Boomer, Gio, Jerry, and Eddie).
Craig Carton and Jerry Recco filled in for the boys on Tuesday, and C-Lo got to play the Moment of the Day…which was Mr. Dukes unloading on a caller who tried to flex on a time he showed up to one of Al’s appearances, getting as vulgar as a fine, upstanding, crime-fighting citizen like Al can to dispute the caller’s account of the “confrontation.”
Al dropped the word punk not once but TWICE! So vile, so controversial, so we don’t feel like transcribing the whole thing that you’re just going to have to listen. And, of course, be sure to listen Wednesday when Al Dukes returns to 345 Hudson and, probably, gives Karen Stewart a run for her ornery money! Just don’t get mad AT Karen, Al, she only DELIVERS the traffic reports (and remember, the Lincoln Tunnel is closed)…
