Orchard Park, NY (WGR550) - The Buffalo Bills have officially activated wide receiver Gabe Davis from the practice squad/injured list.

Davis was drafted by the Bills in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft and spent four seasons with the club. He signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars prior to the 2024 season, but was released earlier this year with an injury designation. He signed with the Bills practice squad before Week 1 of the regular season, but was immediately placed on the practice squad/injured list.

Davis is now officially on the team's practice squad and eligible to be elevated to the active roster a maximum of three times.

When asked about the prospects of playing as soon as Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, Davis said, "I'm down for whatever. But, you know, that's an upstairs decision. I've just got to go out there and keep working, and keep making sure my knee is ready to go," adding that he felt good after the session.

While the Bills welcomed the return of Davis to the practice field, they were once again without defensive tackle DaQuan Jones (calf) and wide receiver Joshua Palmer (ankle/knee).
