Called a great lookout point it's not Lookout Mountain Tennessee, but it has beautiful views in eastern Michigan.
We often think the best scenery is along Lake Michigan, Foote Pond Overlook is a short drive from our metro area near Oscoda. Views of water along with green trees and sandy soil gets my attention.
Grab some food, take a hike, and enjoy mother nature including sights of eagles. Summertime is the best time for me seeing greenery, but imagine Fall with the change of leaves and of course Winter snow. More here.
