MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut's very own forecasting groundhog shares Punxsutaney Phil's winter predictions for the 2025-2026 season.
Both Chuckles and Phil have seen their shadow, indicating their prediction there will be six more weeks of winter.
