NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - CTfastrak is celebrating 10 years as the state's first rapid bus system.
The buses, operating out of Hartford and New Britain, help connect passengers with other bus lines and mass transportation.
“Today, over 48 CTfastrak buses provide over 14,000 passenger trips,” said Garrett Eucalitto, the Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
It has provided rides for over 28-million passengers since its inception.
