WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Waterbury police make a fourth arrest in connection with a homicide that happened earlier this year.
They're charging Tory Keith, 34, of Meriden, in connection with the shooting death of Jarron Chapman outside Waterbury Superior Court on March 21, 2024.
Keith is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Police have also arrested him on outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court for unrelated offenses.
His bond in the Chapman murder case is $5,000,000.
Police do not expect to make any more arrests in this case.
